I think it's impt to find team mates that you know can work well with you together, and I'm fortunate to be able to do that.
But if you're talking abt it from a leader, it's impt to delegate, I feel. I mean, you may be worried that the person may not do such a good job or whatsoever, but I suppose you'll just need to trust the person bah.
